Join the UK’s Growing SIB Community
Sibfest brings together inflatable boat owners, anglers and newcomers from across the UK. Whether you already own a SIB, fish regularly from one or are preparing for your first launch, you are welcome to get involved. Sibfest is open to owners of all inflatable boat brands and is built around local friendships, shared knowledge, safe boating and more days on the water.
1. Join the Facebook Community
Your first step is to join the Inflatable Boat Advice – Fun, Fishing & Friendships. SIBs only Facebook group. This is the main online home of the Sibfest community, where members share advice, catches, launch information, boating knowledge, announcements and upcoming challenges.

2. Find Your Regional WhatsApp Group
Once you have joined the Facebook group, find the Sibfest WhatsApp group covering your local area. The regional groups help members connect with nearby SIB owners, arrange fishing trips, discuss local launch locations and share useful information about tides, conditions and safety.
You can join more than one regional group if you regularly travel or fish in different areas.

3. Contact Me to Join
Contact me with your name, where you are based and the regional WhatsApp group you would like to join. I will send you the correct joining link and help connect you with your local Sibfesters where there is something for everyone.
Remember, you can join for free without the need to enter any competitions but to get on the leaderboard official merch (tees and hoodies) would need to be purchased as the entry fee.
4. Introduce Yourself
Once you have joined your regional group, post a short introduction. Tell members where you are based, where you normally launch, what SIB you use and the type of fishing or boating you enjoy.
You do not need to be an experienced SIB owner. Newcomers are welcome, and members are encouraged to share their knowledge and help one another.
5. Get Involved
Use your regional group to arrange trips, ask questions, share catches and meet other SIB owners. Members can also take part in local meet-ups, safety activities, beach cleans, photo challenges and friendly regional competitions.
Joining Sibfest Is Free
There is no charge to join the Sibfest community, the Facebook group or your regional WhatsApp group. You can take part in conversations, meet-ups and general community activities without purchasing anything.
Entering the Sibfest Leaderboard
The Sibfest leaderboard is an additional competition for members who want to complete challenges, earn points and compete for prizes. Official Sibfest merchandise is required to enter the main competition and qualify for the overall prizes.

- Postage: £3.99
Part of the money raised through the merchandise helps contribute towards leaderboard prizes and future Sibfest activities.
